● We believe in accommodating changes in plans, so if you decide to cancel your booking 48 hours or more before your scheduled departure, you are entitled to a full refund.
● Should your plans shift within 24 to 48 hours of your departure, a modest cancellation fee of 25% of your booking amount will apply, but the majority of your investment will be returned to you.
● For those last-minute adjustments within 24 hours of your scheduled departure, refunds, unfortunately, won’t be possible, as we’ll be gearing up to give you the best experience.
Refund Policy
● We understand the importance of your hard-earned money, so we will ensure refunds are processed using the same payment method you used when booking.
● For eligible cancellations, we will kickstart the refund process within a swift 7 business days of your cancellation request.
● Depending on the peculiarities of your bank or payment provider, it might take a bit more time for the refund to reflect your account.
